What stays yours, always
- Your private conversations with Cord. The questions and reflections you send to Ask Cord are never shown to your leader, your employer, or anyone in your community.
- Your direct messages. Who you talk to one on one, how often, and what you say stays between you and the other person.
- The words behind a check-in. When you write a reflection after a gathering, your leader sees only how you felt, never the note itself. Your words live on only in anonymous, blended summaries.
- Cord never sells your data, and never uses your private conversations to train AI models.
